Our 2010 Pinot Gris is delicate, with essences of lemongrass and the hint of wet mineral on the nose.  This aromatic suggestion of a stream over stones is reflected in the flavor of the wine, as well.  It is elegant and light-bodied, with subtle green peppercorns and noticeable citrus on the finish.

This white Rhone-style blend is a tribute to one of the newest members of the LaBrasseur Family. Fred & Candy's son Trevor and his wife Stacey recently welcomed a daughter, Marli Joy, into our lives. Our 2010 Marli Joy is a blend of 52% Roussanne and 48% Viognier, resulting in a wine with a complex fragrance of delicate white peach, floral narcissus, honeydew melon, and the heady scent of freshly mown hay on a breezy summer night. Taste nectarine and a firm minerality on your tongue, and enjoy the long finish of stone fruit and white pepper.

Brynn Rose label Our 2010 Brynn Rosé is a delight, with delicate aromas of sun ripened strawberries, delectable red raspberries, and warm brown sugar.  Relish the intoxicating hue and bright flavors of this flirtatious dry blush wine, reminiscent of strawberry sorbet. Named after owners Tony & Deidra’s daughter, this wine is dedicated to Brynn Schroeder; each grandchild of Fred & Candy LaBrasseur’s will have an annual wine named after them, with  one dollar of sales from each bottle sold going into a fund to help support their dreams in the future!

2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Our 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is wonderfully approachable with a nose of warm strawberry jam on buttery toast.  It drinks as smoothly as it smells, revealing velvety tannins that fill your mouth with ripe, dark summer berries and a hint of cardamom and graham cracker.

2009 Ember

2009 Ember is a celebration of our winemaker, Fred LaBrasseur's 34 year career with the Medford Fire/Rescue. He retired in January 2011, but the Ember of his service lives on. This Bordeaux-style red blend of 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot, and 18% Cabernet Franc has an inviting nose of warm bread pudding with chocolate cherry sauce, anise, and cloves. Flavors of ripe, dark cherries, toasted bread, sweet tobacco, spice, and vintage leather linger on the tongue along with velvety tannins and a long finish.
